SUP PILATES COURSES

A fun new thing for this summer: play with balance by experimenting with Pilates movements on the SUP board, strengthening coordination, balance and strength.

Elena Bertolini will guide you on this one-of-a-kind journey.

A teacher with an excellent curriculum, certified with the highest marks at the legendary New York school Romana's Pilates of Romana Kryzanowska, where she had the fortune of studying and working directly with Romana who was the last direct student of J.H. Pilates.

PARTICIPATION FEES

  • Euro 15: Membership/insurance card, valid for 1 year.
  • Euro 25: 1 hour lesson.
